In respect of Petition No.181/2026
Business Plan of SLDC for MYT Control Period FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30,
filed by SLDC Chandigarh before
Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission (JERC)
State Load Despatch Centre (SLDC) Electricity Wing, UT, Chandigarh has filed the Business Plan of SLDC for MYT Control Period FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30 in accordance with the JERC Regulations, before the Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission (for State of Goa and Union Territories) for deliberation. The Hon’ble Commission has admitted the petition and numbered as 181/2026. The Commission has directed the Department to publish a Public Notice for inviting objections/ comments from various stakeholders.

Note:- The SCADA project (@ 42.08 Crores) shall be implemented by the M/s PGCIL under Regulated Tariff Mechanism (RTM) mode and M/s PGCIL shall file the petition before the Hon’ble CERC. Accordingly, amount shall be recovered from EWEDC (SLDC) by M/s PGCIL.

- The Business Plan Petition of SLDC is available on the website of the department at http://www.chdengineering.gov.in and that of the Commission’s website i.e. http://www.jercuts.gov.in and can be downloaded from there free of cost.
- Copy of the Tariff Petition(s) can be obtained on written request from the office of the Executive Engineer (SLDC), Electricity Wing, BBMB Complex, Industrial Area Ph-1, UT Chandigarh: 160001 on payment of Rs. 100/-.
- Any Stakeholders who intends to file objections and comments/suggestions on the above Petition can file his or her objections/ suggestions/ comments on or before 26th May, 2026 to the office of “The Secretary, JERC, for State of Goa and UTs, 3rd & 4th Floor, Plot No. 55-56, Pathkind Lab Building, Sector 18, Udyog Vihar, Phase-IV. Gurugram 122015”, email: secy.jercuts@gov.in, with a copy to the Executive Engineer (SLDC), Electricity Wing, BBMB Complex, Industrial Area Ph-1, UT Chandigarh 160001, email: elop2-chd@nic.in. Any suggestions/ comments received after 26th May, 2026 will not be considered.
- Hon’ble JERC is conducting a Public Hearing on the said petition virtually which is scheduled to be held on 26th May, 2026 at 11:30 AM. -sd-
