Chandigarh 29 JAN 2021, The Department of Tourism, Chandigarh Administration has organized the inaugural event for Walk of Art at Sukhna Lake in collaboration with Chandigarh Lalit Kala Akademi and Engineering Department , U.T. Chandigarh. Sculptures by various local artists have been 
installed along the Sukhna Lake to enhance the beauty of the area. Further with the support of Horticulture wing of Engineering Department, U.T. Chandigarh, name plates have been installed for all the trees along the Sukhna Lake to raise the awareness about green heritage of the City Beautiful.

Manoj Parida, IAS, Adviser to the Administrator, U.T. Chandigarh who was the Chief Guest praised the efforts of Tourism Department for adding another feather in the cap of City Beautiful. The U.T. Adviser also praised and felicitated the staff of Engineering Department and Chandigarh Lalit Kala Akademi for their contribution and prompt work at the Lake.
